PASL Welcome Rancho Seco de Saltillo

Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL) announced today that +Rancho Seco de Saltillo, a member of Liga Mexicana de Futbol Rápido Profesional (LMFR), will join the league for the 2013-14 season. Rancho Seco will continue to compete in LMFR, which runs a spring season.

Playing in the city of Saltillo, the home of Rancho Seco is on the campus of Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila. Saltillo is approximately 55 miles from Monterrey.

Rancho Seco become the third Mexican-based team to play in PASL. Toros Mexico of Tijuana, who finished the 2012-13 season with a record of 7-9. Expansion-side Monterrey Flash also are members of this growing league. The “original Monterrey Flash was established in 2011 as a member of the LMFR. After two seasons the Flash moved to Hidalgo, Texas and were branded Rio Grande Valley Flash in 2012-13.
